Auto-formatting status saves visual scanning time. Use conditional formatting to turn the Status column green for delivered, yellow for in transit, and red for issues. Your eyes instantly find what needs attention.

Auto-summing dashboards keep your summary current. Link your Summary sheet to your main data with SUMIF and COUNTIF formulas. As you add orders, the dashboard updates without manual entry.

Dropdown lists prevent typing errors. Instead of typing category names manually, create a dropdown with fixed options. This ensures consistency and eliminates typos that break your filters.
